WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is the most flexible, cost-effective, way to reach your fitness goals at the comfort of your own phone. If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you – instead of relying on someone else's location and availability – at the fraction of the cost of 1-2-1 personal training, online coaching could be for you. You can get fit even if your schedule is crazy and your budget is tight.

BESPOKE TRAINING

After an initial consultation with your chosen trainer, they will design a bespoke programme to suit your specific goals, training experience, and lifestyle. Every aspect is considered an important part of your journey with us.

NUTRITION SUPPORT

We offer full nutritional guideline that includes: Nutritional guidance booklet explaining the main principles of nutrition, calorie and macronutrient recommendation and a FREE meal plan.

WEEKLY CHECK IN

Check in with your trainer via the CK Fitness app on a weekly basis to make sure you are progressing towards your health and fitness goals.

FULL SUPPORT

We offer support that goes beyond the training session. We are with you every step of the way, even on your non-training days. You get 360 support to help you build a positive, sustainable and balanced lifestyle.
